OUR MACARONS

Are all hand made with Italian meringue and we use only the finest ingredients: Belgian chocolate, all natural flavourings and free range eggs from Havensfield Eggs. All our macarons are gluten-free, alcohol free and vegetarian.

All our macarons contain eggs, milk, nuts and soya, and you can find a full ingredient and allergens list for all of our macarons on our Flavours page and selecting your desired macaron.

They will keep fresh for 7 days in the fridge, although you should allow them to come up to room temperature before eating them.

OUR PACKAGING

We are acutely conscious of the environmental issues around food packaging, and macarons are fragile and delicate things which require a considerable amount of protection in order for us to be able to deliver them safely and ensure they arrive in one piece.

Consequently we have worked very hard to ensure that all of our packaging is either fully recyclable or compostable/bio-degradable.

Our postal box is reusable/recyclable/compostable. The shock absorbing protective pellets we use are made from GM free starch can either be reused, composted or can simply be rinsed down a sink as they dissolve completely in water. The protective heat-sealed sleeve around our box is made from polythene which is 100% recyclable. Our box is made of paper and card and can be recycled as such (or you can use it to keep things in - it is quite a pretty box!) and lastly the thermo-formed insert inside our box which protects our macarons is made from 100% recycled PET and can itself be re-cycled again and again.

However, it is not enough that we make our packaging as recyclable as we can, it has to actually be recycled.

OUR DELIVERY

All orders come with free courier delivery either with DPD Next Day or Royal Mail Next Day tracked services depending on postcode.

Orders placed before 11am Monday through Thursday will ship the same day. Orders placed after this time will ship the following day. All Orders placed after 11am Thursday and over the weekend will ship on the following Monday.

We also offer Saturday delivery for an additional charge and the option to select this is available at checkout. Orders must be received before 11am Friday in order to ship for Saturday.

A shipping date picker is available on the cart page to allow selection of a shipping dates up to three weeks ahead. If no date is selected then orders will be shipped at the earliest opportunity.

INVOICES & BILLING INFO

Invoices and billing information are only sent to the email address or the mobile phone number entered at the point of purchase. There is no receipt, invoice or billing information contained with the macarons when they are sent out, so if they are a gift the recipient will not know what they cost or who sent them. If you want them to know the latter then please include a gift message!
