A bit about us
Welcome to Hilton Macarons, founded by husband and wife team James and Andrea. From our macaron kitchen located in the heart of the historic town of Framlingham, Suffolk, our daily pursuit is to craft the finest and most delicious macarons.
The perfect macaron should have a crunchy outer shell, a slightly chewy center that is not too sweet and a generous filling with a flavour that seamlessly fills the whole macaron.
All our macarons are hand-made with Italian meringue and use only the finest ingredients, all natural fillings and free range eggs. They are all vegetarian, gluten-free and alcohol free.
