At Hilton Macarons coffee is an essential part of our day. First thing in the morning: get the pod into the machine, press the button and bang – big, rich, strong! That’s how I wanted this macaron to taste: like an espresso shot.
We experimented with a lot of different blends to get the right taste and found a perfect match with ground beans from Honey+Harvey a fabulous local coffee house; rich, smooth and lingering, it creates the perfect coffee filling.
