Chocolate. Pure and simple. For those who just love chocolate (and it could be a genetic thing apparently) this macaron is for you. The filling is a rich, sooth 45% cacao Belgian chocolate ganache with a small amount of unsalted butter whisked in to really smooth out and lift the flavour.
