Testing, Testing . . .

How do you test whether you can send your product through the post? Send it to yourself of course! So many times, in fact, that our postman has started to get a feeling of déjà vu handing over the same parcel every other day!

Anyway, it seems we are going to have to do some more thinking on how we package our macarons for online delivery as everything we have tried so far results in broken macarons falling out of the box when we unwrap it. Back to the drawing board on this one ....
