Finally, we are in our fabulous new unit – the machines are commissioned and the processes bedding in – macaron production and boxing upstairs, stock, fulfilment and posting downstairs and storage in the roof. We are still having a few issues with the broadband but hopefully that will get fixed soon.

It is such a relief to get the business out of the house; at the end of the day we can lock up, go home and relax and not be surrounded by purple boxes and packaging . . .
