A good friend came over for tea the other day and said that our whilst our macarons are absolutely fabulous our branding is complete crap!! (what are friends for other than to tell you the unvarnished truth, eh?).

In any case at her insistence, we recently invested in a whole day’s clinic with top branding consultant, Debi Ani of Oro & Co Brand Design, and in a word “Wow”!

We now have a whole new brand package – a wonderful logo, colour palette, fonts, website outline - everything we need to create new packaging, marketing collateral and a total new look for Hilton Macarons (note: no S on the end of Hilton anymore).

You know when you are in the presence of someone who is a true master of their craft because the process will seem almost effortless; a question here, a suggestion there, the story of how we started, our thoughts where we wanted to go, reflecting on colours, looking at fonts and over the course of the day the brand just emerged.
